Eid al-Fitr, the ‘festival of breaking the fast’ marks the end of the Holy Month of Ramadan in which Muslims all over the world will celebrate with friends, family and the local community.
In the spirit of giving on one of the most significant days of the year, we are collaborating with Bourjois once again to gift ladies joining us for Eid lunch on the 6th of July with a capsule collection including some of their most coveted products (*limited availability).
Our bar team have also created a special mocktail ‘Au Clair de la lune’ which you can enjoy whilst dining with us or if you wish to unleash your inner Tom Cruise a la ‘Cocktail’, you can shake up your own at home.
Au Clair de la lune recipe
25ml Raspberry puree
15ml homemade honey water
30ml lemon juice
Fever three ginger beer
1. Before starting, you will need to prepare the honey water. Bring equal measures of honey and water to boil and leave to cool.
2. Pour all ingredients (except the garnish) into a shaker with cubed ice, give it a good shake and then pour in a highball glass over crushed ice. Top with fever three ginger beer.
3. Garnish with basil leaves and voila! Ready to serve!
